A booking made on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your slot is confirmed only when NJ Autos contacts you by text, WhatsApp or email to confirm it. We aim to confirm during opening hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:00–18:00).
No payment is taken online. All work is paid for at the garage on completion.
Prices shown on the website are our standard prices and may change. The price for any additional work found during an inspection or MOT will always be agreed with you before the work is done. The maximum statutory fee for a Class 4 MOT test is £54.85; our advertised MOT price applies instead of the statutory maximum.
If you cannot make your appointment, please tell us as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or by replying to your confirmation — the slot can then go to another customer. We may decline future online bookings from customers who repeatedly miss confirmed appointments without notice.
Please arrive a few minutes before your slot. Vehicles left with us are stored with reasonable care. Personal belongings left in vehicles remain your responsibility.
Reviews submitted on this website are moderated: they appear publicly only after NJ Autos approves them. We do not edit review text; we approve or decline it. We may decline reviews that are offensive, unrelated to a genuine visit, or contain personal data about others.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part of them is found invalid, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one.
